Below is the entire message from Ismailer's communication:
Dear Team—
I understand you all just completed your meeting - I trust you’re as thrilled as I am with the good news. Previously I shared you all a message, I stated the following: “I am confident in this group. You all are some of the most motivated and innovative designers we have had the opportunity to collaborate with - and we’re excited for that partnership to continue.”
With your dedication and versatility, particularly over the last year, you repeatedly show that.
The gamer responses from last autumn’s the game testing phase was informative. It confirmed the promise of a action-packed game but indicated we still had improvements to make. It revealed the requirement for a sharper vision.
It’s been inspiring to see how far you’ve advanced. You embraced the input to mind and reimagined Project ETHOS with a refreshed goal - one that’s positioned to achieve its ambition to our players.
The trust in Project ETHOS strengthens every day. To further the outstanding development you’ve made, I am thrilled to introduce the new hire as the incoming Studio Head of 31st Union. After a period of conversations, he starts with us on Monday, October 20.
Ben’s management and experience in the competitive gaming genre is vast, having spent the last 15 years creating and overseeing some of the most popular franchises in the industry, for example Call of Duty: Black Ops, and most recently, Apex Legends.
I invite you all in greeting Ben next week. We are all eager to persist observing the evolution of Project ETHOS in the time to come.
David

Project Ethos was unveiled in October 2024 together with a early access event. At the time, the developers described the game as a "no-cost, 3rd-person action-packed experience and an innovative step forward on the style."
"Create your ideal gameplay session—or face defeat—in this engaging over-the-shoulder adventure! Build your hero in real-time to match your preferred approach," the description reads. "Challenge the opponents with new abilities, risks, and challenges that evolve every match. Will you safely extract with your hard-earned loot? Or aim high, risk it all, and pray your team can earn top ranking? The decision is in your hands."
Project Ethos has not yet received an official release date or consoles, but players can anticipate more updates as creation continues.
